What we collect

We collect the email address and, when founding access is application-based, the AI-agent outcome, intended use, and starting point you submit. We also retain the notice version you accepted, submission timestamps, and a broad first-touch acquisition channel when a recognized source is present in the landing-page URL. Do not include passwords, API keys, customer records, or other sensitive data in the agent description. If you separately allow optional homepage analytics, Google Analytics and IDPixel process pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, page and referrer information, browser and device characteristics, and interaction metadata such as page views, clicks, scrolling, and form-submission metadata. Both analytics scripts stay off until you allow them. Agent Factory does not deliberately send the values typed into application fields to either analytics provider. We do not store free-form campaign names, referrer history, your Turnstile token, or your IP address in the waitlist table.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review early-access fit, manage invitations, and contact you about Agent Factory testing or availability. Applying does not create an account and does not guarantee an invitation.

Where it is stored

The waitlist is stored in Cloudflare D1 within the Agent Factory Cloudflare account. Cloudflare Turnstile processes the security challenge used to protect the form. If allowed, Google Analytics and IDPixel receive homepage analytics and may store pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen Privacy choices in the homepage footer and change it; revoking after analytics loaded reloads the page so future collection stops.

Retention and removal

We retain an active entry while the waitlist and early-access program are operating, unless you ask us to remove it. To request access, correction, or removal, email ty@clawrevops.ai from the address concerned.

Sharing

We do not sell waitlist email addresses. Cloudflare, Resend, the configured CRM delivery provider, Google Analytics, and IDPixel may process the minimum data necessary for hosting, security, transactional confirmation, waitlist operations, and homepage analytics.
