Agent Factory Terms

These terms govern paid access to Agent Factory, a design-time service that prepares portable AI-agent plans and implementation handoffs.

Subscription and billing

Your price and renewal interval are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Workspace owners can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewal and access may continue through the paid period, subject to the recorded subscription state and applicable law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your instructions and materials, the review and implementation of generated handoffs, and every credential, integration, model, VPS, and agent runtime you operate. Do not provide material you lack authority to use.

No autonomous deployment

Agent Factory does not deploy or operate your production agent. Outputs require authorized human review, security configuration, testing, and approval. They are not professional advice or a guarantee of results.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, compromise systems, evade safeguards, or harm others. Access may be limited or suspended to protect customers or the service.

Ownership

You retain ownership of materials you provide and exported work product created for your workspace. You authorize processing only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
