Agent Factory Privacy Notice

This notice explains the personal information Agent Factory processes for accounts, paid subscriptions, support, security, and product operation.

Information we collect

We collect identity and contact details supplied through WorkOS, workspace and business name, website, optional Instagram profile, intended use, consent evidence, login and security events, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, support communications, and project content you deliberately provide. Stripe—not Agent Factory—collects raw card details.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate you, create and personalize your workspace, deliver and bill the service, enforce limits, prevent abuse, provide support, and understand account and product usage.

Providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage, WorkOS provides identity services, and Stripe provides payment processing. Agent Factory does not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet security, recovery, accounting, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or account closure, email ty@clawrevops.ai.
